A credit card is required to reserve appointments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, and cash (sorry, no Amex, Zelle, or Venmo).

Gratuities

Tips are appreciated and not included in service prices.

Bespoke experience

This is your time to relax and enjoy. To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that phones remain on silent.

Cancellations & no-shows

• We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 8 hours before the beginning of your appointment.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
