2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Booking: A valid credit card is required to book appointments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, and cash. (We do not accept Amex, Zelle, or Venmo.)

  • Cancellations & No-Shows:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Same-day cancellations and no-shows may incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

  • Gratuities: Tips are appreciated and are not included in service pricing.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within two weeks for adjustments.

3. Salon Policies

  • Bespoke Experience: We strive to maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment. Please keep mobile phones on silent mode while inside the salon.

  • Pets: No pets are allowed, except trained service animals as defined by the ADA. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under the ADA.

  • Use the site only for personal, non-commercial purposes related to booking appointments or learning about our services.

  • Not engage in unauthorized use, such as attempting to access admin areas, scraping data, or interfering with site functionality.

The same services, pricing, and promotions are available through these channels during our normal business hours. We accept TRS/TTY relay calls. We respond to accessibility-related messages within two business days and work to resolve issues promptly.

We use third-party services (including Vagaro for booking and Salon Interactive for retail). While we do not control these platforms, we work with our vendors to address reported barriers and can provide alternative ways to access our services if needed. Please contact us if a third-party feature prevents you from completing a task (for example, selecting a date/time or checking out).

We welcome feedback on accessibility. If you encounter an issue, please include the page or screen where it occurred, the assistive technology or browser you were using (if applicable), and a description of the problem so we can investigate and improve.
